34 year old female had a deviated septum but always felt like her nose was too large for her face. She felt her nostrils flared when she smiled and wanted a cute and dainty nose to compliment her facial features. She had a septoplasty and turbinectomy to repair the structure of those and a rhinoplasty to soften the bump on her nose profile.
