This patient underwent massive weight loss surgery. She had worked very hard to tone her body, however because of her weight loss, her breasts are saggy and small. She also had diet resistant fat in many areas. She was unhappy with her cosmetic appearance. She underwent a breast augmentation with a lift, using MENTOR® smooth round moderate plus profile saline implants with both sides filled with 500 600cc adjustable.
